Returns policy.
Spycraft® reserve all rights and may NOT replace any goods that are not returned in the condition they where sent out in. Any goods being returned to us must be authorised first by phone conversation, E-mail or in writing, once arranged will will issue you with an order number for your item, at this point it may be posted back to us - contact details can be found on the contact page of this web site. Do not return any item to us unless you have clarence to do so, failure to conform with this protocol may invalidate your warranty any your returned item may be destroyed, no refund will be given, this is also a security measure.

Warning.
Spycraft® have a iD system which clearly shows genuine product authenticity, we know if a product returned has been originally purchased from Spycraft, we strongly advise against any customer thinking of switching items for warranty with goods not purchased originally from spycraft. (this is an offence under the fraud act) Custom designed or special fabricate systems are not returnable as we will not get a warranty for such equipment, because of alteration etc, we will of course always try and accommodate any regular customer or client regarding this situation. no refund will be given, this is also a security measure.


All goods are dispatched new, if there is any mark or break in packaging, this will be because we check items before dispatch, we do not sell second hand or used goods, if an item is purchased as new then delivery of the item will be as a new boxed item, second hand goods are only sent out to a customer, if pre arranged at the initial time of purchase, & if so, the customer would have been notified beforehand, we strictly do not sell second hand goods
as new!

Any second hand or used goods, ie X demo etc, are sold with no warranty, there is no warranty on used or second hand equipment, any second hand equipment sold would have been tested before it was offered for sale, and will be in good working order or will not be sold. If you think you have a problem with any equipment purchased from spycraft, please contact us right away, so we can examine the equipment for malfunction or manufacturer defect, if the equipment you receive is found to be faulty spycraft may replace the item, do not wait for long periods of time before contacting us with any equipment concerns, long periods of time constitute usage? In this scenario replacements will not be sent out.

Any goods returned must be in excellent condition or replacements will not be issued. Scratches drop marks and general abused goods will not be refunded, you must take care of your equipment if you require us to honor warranty, this dose not apply to regular or long term spycraft clients. If you contact us with a concern as soon as you get your package, we will send you an instant replacement product, however, allowing days to lapse after your purchase and then contacting us to report problems, obviously constitutes field usage of the product. In this scenario replacements will not be sent out to the customer.

Tampering!
In the event of a product malfunction or concern, Do not open or try to adjust, examine or fix any equipment supplied by spycraft, warranty is void if any equipment casing or like, has been tampered with or opened. Take care not to drop or abuse the equipment we supply. If you need to travel with any of the equipment we provide, we recommend you use a flight case etc. Spycraft will provide a free flight case for customers purchasing equipment to the value of £500 or over. Alternatively please try your local camera shop, they are normally reasonably priced for flight cases, spycraft can sell you a case if the equipment you have purchased does not come with one, cases start from around £39.00 please request if required. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter, we will always try and keep any customer happy as bad PR is not good for any business (Buyer be ware)

Be sure to contact us direct before you buy any thing from this web site if you are concerned or confused in any way about our policies on returning goods. All returned goods will be subject to our 50% handling charge if they are not manufacturer faulty.
