Terms and Conditions of Business (T&C’s)

General: All sales are subject to the following trading terms they do not affect the consumers' statutory rights.

Product specification and compatability: Equipment and services are supplied as advertised on our web pages, however we cannot guarantee compatability or suitability for your purpose or connectivity; it is the responsibility of the purchaser to check this prior to ordering. E&OE

Order acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or reject any order for any reason whatsoever. No order will be considered binding unless and until it is accepted in writing or by phone or email by the seller.

Pricing: All prices quoted are in £ sterling and are subject to variance of exchange rate and any local, government or import tax or duty.

Payment terms: Cash, cheque (subject to clearance), credit/debit card (inc. AMEX), bank draft/building society cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. Express clearance is available at an extra charge. Western Union payments accepted subject to prior agreement. Please email details in advance

Account customers: We do not provide credit accounts - cash accounts are avaleble and payment is strictly 24 hours subject to acceptance.

Title of goods: Title of the goods remains with Nirvana Global Ltd until full payment has been received.

Delivery charges: Quoted for UK mainland addresses only; Highlands, Islands and Northern Scotland will attract a surcharge.

Despatch times: All desptach times are estimates and we cannot be held responsible (loss or otherwise) for delays due to shippers, customs or other outside agencies.

Warranty: All goods are provided with a 12 month warranty; under the terms of the warranty the seller will either: Repair; replace or refund. The sellers decision is final. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Shortages: damages or returns: Any shortages or damage to your delivery must be advised to the company within 3 days of delivery; notice MUST be in writing to our address or email. Prior to return a Returns Materials Authorisation Form (RMA) must be completed and acknowledged by us. Subject to an acknowledged RMA we will collect, replace, repair or refund the equipment free of charge.

Stock and availability: All goods are offered subject to stock and availability; if for any reason they are no longer available we will try to offer an alternative product, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the order and make a full refund.

Your statutory rights in the UK under the Distance Selling Regulations: Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel a contract within seven days, starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a "cooling off" period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.
If you wish to cancel a contract, please write to us, fax us or e-mail clearly stating your full details, invoice number and cancellation instructions. Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal "duty of care" to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods to us at your expense to the following address. We advise that you use a recorded-delivery service for small items and an insured courier service for larger items. Please mark all parcels clearly with your returns number (RMA). Goods must be returned in the same conditions as they were received and all packaging included. Software, audio or video recordings that have been opened cannot be returned, once they are opened they are considered to be sold.

Restocking fee: Any product that has been tampered with; warranty seal broken or otherwise mis-used will be subject of a repair/re-stock fee or refused a replacement or full-refund. All equipment is security marked and serial numbers recorded to insure against fraudulent return.

Statutory rights: These terms and conditions do not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
